Udy Yosha – Executive Director of the Board
Udy is a co-founder and a managing partner of Com Tec Co. Udy set up the software development arm for Com Tec Co and manages its development and business activities. He has previous experience in system design, management of projects and hi-tech companies in Israel, USA, Europe and the CIS. Udy has background in industrial engineering (IT systems) and business management.

Eugene Furs – Chief Operating Officer
Eugene has over 15 years of business and programming experience. He is an invaluable member of the Com Tec Co team. He acquired lengthy experience in analysis, design and development while working with some of the largest banks in Latvia.

Alexander Zalunin – Department Manager – Reinsurance
Alexander joined Com Tec Co at the start of 2000 and is one of the company’s key project managers. His previous experience includes work at various organizations as project manager and chief engineer. He has a background in technical engineering.

Sergey joined Com Tec Co in 2001. He has 8 years of professional
software development experience. He participated in numerous
international projects for financial, reinsurance and e-commerce
industries as a project manager, system architect and consultant. Sergey
has an extensive knowledge of enterprise technologies and all aspects of
software development process.

Robert Erni – Swiss Sales Representative
Robert joined Com Tec Co in December 2004 and leads the representative office in Switzerland.
He comes to Com Tec Co with 25 years of experience as key account manager within the insurance and banking industry. Erni shows unique talent for understanding customer’s needs.

Dr. Olga Agladze – QA Department. Manager
Olga joined Com Tec Co in 2002. Since 2003, she leads the QA department
and is responsible for introducing, managing and maintaining the QA testing
process for all projects of the company. Olga has a PhD in mathematics
and physics from the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.
